| How do the Bengals fix their law-enforcemnet crisis? |

Do you give Marvin Lewis the boot in favor of a disciplinarian. Or do you wait to see how things play out? What would YOU do? |

winning cures everything. Only one fewer Charger player was arrested last season than Bengals, so why did all the Cincinnati Bengal players get the attention? |

Marvin Lewis and the whole coaching staff needs to crack down upon the players. how can lewis be at fault when these players had alot of problems before going to the bengals? i say stiffer penalties and fines for idiots. they need to regulate incest with the Bengal tigers. those white looking tigers everybody loves, come at a pretty hefty price and most are born with major defects just as humans in WV who have been bred by a brother and sister You can't really blame marvin for anything that happens off of the field. he works with the players that mgmt gives him, and his job is not to be a babysitter. The current team may be beyond repair, but to start the team should begin imposing heavier fines and suspensions. Also, they need to look at these things BEFORE they draft players. Sure a few bad eggs will still sneak through, but most of the really bad/stupid guys will be kept out. That being said, however, the real question is this: what is more important to bengals' fans, winning games or having a well respected team of gentlemen? I'm a dirty birds' (atl falcons) fan, and i really don't care what laws my players break...as long as they win. they need to start kicking players off of the team. It is not the coaches fault. Players should take full responsibility with HUGE fines plus suspensions without pay. The NFL is getting to be like the NBA. Give Marvin Lewis POWER first. I want to know that he COULD do something before I blame him. After that I'd get rid of Henry. Blah, blah, blah(He's good and all the other excuses) you need to send a message to these guys that you aren't going to just let them commit crim because they are "good." You can't blame or penalize Marvin Lewis for any of the Bengals players issues with the law. They are grown men and its their responsibility to stay out of trouble. Marvin Lewis is doing his job and doing it well. Making sure that his players perform well on the field because that is all that he can control. He has really turned this team around from having a losing mentallity and its the players problem if they cant stay out of trouble. I am pretty sure that they will not have that kind of problem this year though. I guess the 3strikes new rule might help. But men will be men. Even with all those problems, they are still one of the best teams in the NFL Create a ZERO tolerance policy. Cut the guys that are the cancerous tumors. you don not fire marvin lewis for the crimes of 14% of the team! what you do is tell this jerks, that if one more offense is commited, then that player is thrown off team. the owners need a clause that says if a player is convicted of any crime at all, thay can rip up contract, and player is out millions, and never plays pro football again! currently, i think that lewis will put his foot down this season, and even chad johnson and carson palmer will help to ensure discipline! They could stop drafting dodgy-character players in the first place. It has a lot do to with the type of back ground checks and personality profiles that the scouting team is doing. If you take a lot of players with risky personalities, it's going to haunt you eventually. The only way to really deal with this is to change the types of players you go after. Or, get a really good lawyer. Have parole officers follow them at all times, lol Here is a idea we will trade you Childress and his stupid menu of plays that don't work for Marvin Lewis. 3 strikes and your gone. Not from the team, the NFL. It was purposed and I hope it goes into effect soon. It's getting a bit ridicules. It's bad when 1 or 2 players are acting up. I WOULD ENFORCE A TEAM 3 STRIKE RULE. |
