in pro football what equipment do they wear could you tell me.
i know they wear
-pants
-thigh pads
-knee oads
-girdle
-hip pads
-butt pad
-shoulder pad
-helmet
-jersey
-mouth gaurd
-chin strap
-jaw pads -in helmet-
But i was reading something and it said most pros dont wear a jockstrap or cup is that true?

skill players also wear rib pads
as far as cups,they are uncomfortable,but i bet most line man still wear them,as there is alot of grabbing in the trenches

good possibility some don,t use the thigh or knee pads we didn't have to in high school (jock strap that is)... wasn't unforced anyway the pads become slightly optional in the pros

trust me wear a jockstrap and a cup and another jock over the cup
