The one thing you can't coach into players is speed. You can do all the exercises and drills you want but in the long run you'll only slightly increase your 40 times. You may drop a 4.7 time down to a 4.65 with a lot of hard work but don't expect to suddenly become a 4.4 sprinter, it won't happen.
