This morning I saw the first Bears' fan of my life. I had never seen one, before the two I saw this morning. Both decked out in brand new Bears' gear.

Yeah BRAND new gear and they say a fan for life or as long as they remember? I remember seeing some of them wearing other team colors before in the local sports bars! Short memory I guess?

I am in the Metro Detroit area and the people around here have lost their minds. Everyone is pulling for Chicago (except me)

But when you live in a state where your football team absolutely sucks (lions) can you really blame them?

It seems in my town Ive heard people talking about the Super Bowl & someone jumps in & says "Oh the Bears are my Team" So yes I would say so.

i know a bunch of people who all of the sudden are going for the bears... but there still are some loyal colts fan who want the colts to win..

Not really about the same in numbers here

I am in Chicago, and I would say that there is about the same number there has always been. Some people that really weren't into football are getting into it a little more, but for the most part I think Chicago has been knowing for giving their team a lot of fan support even in the years they sucked.

No we are a steady Colts community where i'm at. We hunt 'Bears' around here.

Well in Green Bay, we are all in unity hoping for the absolute worse for the Bears. Even people who dislike any Manning (like myself) would still rather see him have glory then the Bears. No matter how good the bears do, they still have to face the reality "that da bears still suck!"

It stopped by my town. Pretty much how like many rode the USC bandwagaon as soon as Bush and Leinart arrived.

Thats annoying when the same people would make fun of my everpresent Bears hat. (through the good and many years of bad)
