How much does gear weight when you are fully geared up in football?

Well I dont know really but Its not that heavy cause it puts weight all around the body not just one part. It wont be heavy trust me, if you are new to football your head will hurt a lot with the helmet, and also its a little hard running with the helmer even though you get used to it. Your head will hurt cause its not used to it lol thats what happened to me. dont worry if it hurts like crazy your head will get used to it. Dont get a really big one either or it will be bad when u run or block.

I say all the equipment weights around 5-10 lbs

you wotn notice it really and still every player has em so youll be the same as them if they had no gear and you had no gear.

Make sure you get a tight helmet for safety cause if its too lose it might not protect your skull.

Well, I call high school football. My guess is around 30 lbs because I know the gear is quite heavy.

Somewhere between 5-10 lbs. The only thing that is heavy is the shoulder pads but you quickly get used to them.
