well i know this is kinda stupid, but i was watching the charger game, and i noticed tomlinson changed his facemask lol. |

One, yes, he did change his facemask, and I'm glad he did. Look back in history and many players had unique facemasks that only they wore. NOBODY has his facemask (Lorenzo Neal's, although almost the same, is different - look close). Does he need a facemask to set himself apart? No, but in a way, it is honoring the old school helmets/equipment in having an original facemask. |

Hey, the bears have an awesome defense. It's not like they were playing the Browns The Bears are one of the best defenses in the league, and are very good at stopping the run. The last time they played, they held tomlinson to 61 yards and one touchdown, so he hasn't had much success against the bears. The patriots defense is good, but not as great as the bears run D. In his last game against the Pats, he ran for 134 yards, and two TDs. In his career vs. the Pats he has 425 rushing yards and 5 TDs. So in my opinion, he'll probably use this game to get some of the preseason rust off, and run all over the Pats next week, for at least 100 yards and one TD. You cant judge LT based on his first game since last season, especially playing a decent Bears defense. Tomlinson hadn't taken any real game snaps since last year in the post-season, so it takes some time to shake off the rust. He's the best running back the game has seen and will prove it year in and year out. He is going to have a field day in New England next weekend. Oh, and he threw for more points than the Bears managed to put up. Go Chargers and Go LT. And his face mask is sick. Sets him apart. |
