They should be out now. If they are not they will certainly be out before the season starts. If I am not mistaken they come out right after the draft but that may be wrong it may be when they sign their contracts.

depending on who it is. it is most likely alredy out.

They have them made after the draft and release them for sale within a few hours of signing a contract

They should be out but depending how it is they might be more common, or less common. If they are a random player drafted in the last round it won't be as bad of a deal as like JaMacus Russell, or Calvin Johnson.
