What NFL team was the last team to have its captains wear a "C" on their jersey?
Usually only hockey teams have the captain(s) wear a "C", but I need to know which NFL team's captains were the last to wear the "C".

the dallas cowboys of the early '80s. actually about the only football team to have done so. QB danny white was the captain and sported the 'c' on his jersey and the hip area of his football pants, as well.
danny white was my fave player for dallas and i vividly remember this. i tried to find supporting documentaion/pics online but came up short.
but your answer is the dallas cowboys. i'd guess they used the 'c' for 3 to 4 years and it stopped around 1983.

Must have been before my time, and I'm not exactly a youngster. I don't remember any players in my lifetime wearing a "C".
