If the Buffalo Bills are supposedly England's Team, why aren't they playing at Wembley?

Sky Sports recently did a poll and determined that the Buffalo bills are britain's favourite American football team. Most American's can't believe this since the Bills have always been the butt of jokes around the NFL, but i think most Britons love the team because of their grit and determination. The Union Jack colours and the proximity of Buffalo to Canada may help too.

Anyway, with this in mind, how come the NFL didn't pick the Buffalo Bills Football Club to play in the big show at Wembley?

The Dolphins owner was willing to give up one of his "home" games, and the Giants (being from NY) have a large media following.
