It says QB Club " the biggest names in the game" and has autographs by Dan Marino, Brett Favre, John Elway, Steve Young, and Troy Aikman. I took a wet paper towel to it and smudged it a little... Does that mean that is authentic? If these are real autographs... how much do you think they might be worth?

I would take it to the autograph memorabilia special shop.

Take it to someone who has knowledge of sports memoribilia. Maybe a local antique store can help you, or a Hobby shop where sports related cards and such are sold.
