Why do some people believe the Browns will beat the Steelers?

The Browns lost to us in week 1 and their only wins were against teams the Steelers dominated and the pathetic Dolphins and Rams. I'll be there Club Seats 231 to witness another dominating performance by the Steelers against another division rival.

Steelers are going to handle this. They always love to prove their doubters wrong.

Hopefully I'll be somewhere with my Miller jersey and my terrible towel cheering them to victory!

Go Blitzburgh!

and i'll be sitting on my couch eating popcorn as i watch Roethlisberger continue on his quest to 40 TDs

which, if Brady goes down, would probably be the league high

so, for one week only, starting next week, my second favorite team is buffalo

but i always bleed black and gold

I hope your right. I have Ben and the Steelers D in my fantasy team. It made for a nice combo last week.

The Browns (offensively anyway) are a different team than they were in week #1. It'll be a good game. Plus, didn't Pittsburgh lose at home to Arizona? I'd say anything can happen!!!

because anything is possible. For example if rothlisberger is injured could be a close game with batch as the qb. Plus browns are not as bad a team as most thought they would be this year.

because they are brown fans they r the most delusional fan off all time even more than raider fans....

The Browns have 5 wins not 2. Even though I'm a Browns fan, I still think the Steelers are going to win, but definetly not 34-7 again. I'd say within 10 points, maybe closer.

Have you people been paying attention to the Browns?? IF Pittsburgh wins it will not be a dominate win like in week one. This game is a very big game, and the Browns and all of Browns Backers know it. If you are a steeler fan you better be praying that the steelers are not thinking like you are. Because if they are it will be a dominating performance that wins the game. The Browns dominating the steelers. Wake up, the Browns are not an easy win for anybody. And the Cardinals proved the steelers can be beat.

Who believes that? Only Browns fans I should think.

well, football TENDS to be predictable, so I can imagine the Steelers will win, but anything can happen nowadays.

The Browns aren't cannon fodder anymore. Their O-line is protecting better, which gives Derek Andersen time find Edwards, Winslow and Jurevicius. I dont think they're running the ball as well as they should and that (coupled with the league's WORST defense) will be the reason the Steelers win.

The only way it'll be a blowout is if the Browns don't strike early; if they get behind by 14 or 17 points, the Steelers can just drop back and their line can tee off on Andersen.

They've gotten better since week one and Edwards and Winslow are hard to stop right now

I am a die hard steeler fan and i think people are saying that cause of the two teams we have lost too. But the Browns have no chance cause roethlisberger will have 6 tds and we will win 49-0. The browns will go back to there sucky selfs.

GO STEELERS!

I'm a Browns fan and I fingd you very egotistic. Sure, the Steelers dominated in Week 1, but things have changed. The browns have gotten better and could be a surprise. Plus, as history has shown us, past doesn't always decide the present. So, as you're watching the game, the Browns killing the Steelers, I hope you remember my comment.

it doesn't matter if the steelers beat them, the packers are going to the superbowl against the pats.

Because the Browns have an offense that is capable of hanging 50. They are a completley different team than the one that lost to the Steelers 34-7 in week 1 and will give the Steelers a heck of a game.

same reason people play the lotto, theres a 1 in a billion chance of the browns winning so why not take the 1 chance it makes sense right?

browns are going down. thats why they are browns, there crap. I also believe that derek anderson is pretty underrated and needs more credit

because they jest don't like the steelers Troy is going to make a interception

The steelers are soooo predictable!
they are the perfect example of a off and on team, meaning one week they are off, they lose, they play poorly, then the next week they turn into an on team where they play their heart and guts out.
last Monday they played as an on team, totally dominating the ravens, so next week they will be an off team and they will LOSE to Cleveland!
CLEVELAND 31
PITTSBURGH 24

I'm a Browns fan but I think the Steelers will win. I honestly think the Steelers could beat pretty much anyone if Big Ben didn't make such retarded decisions. Go ahead, tell me how great he was last week. But just think back to all the times he has had to chase down the defender who picked him off from a throw he never should have made. And the Browns are a lot better now but we've simply been outscoring our opponents rather than stopping them, I just don't see us outscoring the Steelers with the team they have. The defense is great and the offense is pretty good too.

Steelers fan here, but that aside..here's what I see. Honestly and respectfully, the Browns have done a great job of rebounding after we humiliated them in week 1. Anderson and Lewis have sparked an offense to life and given the Browns a legitimate shot at every game since. I don't see the Steelers winning 34-7 again, but I still feel that games are won with defense, and the Browns are woefully inept in that department. Then you have the Steelers defense, which is the best in the league.
Final score Sunday: Steelers 28 Browns 13
