Doug Williams (black) won the superbowl and was MVP. So I don't know what to tell you. Black coaches are a more recent thing so there chances have been a lot less to win titles. And Payton Manning is currently the best QB white or black.

Joe Gibbs won with Doug Williams? Change take time. The odds though are that a black coach or another black qb will win a SB due to the proliferation of black coaches and black qb's in the sport. If you take a look at qb's in the NFL that have won the SB, they are all pocket qb's. Steve Young & John Elway ran and so did Roger Staubach however they were pocket qb's when they won their sb's. Black or White you must be a pocket qb and i don't think Vick or Vince Young will be any good till they learn to use the talent around them for the NFL style game.

That being said chances are good that a non-white, non-running pocket qb from the get go will win the sb (think Tommie Smith).
