I don't know if he is the worst GM of all time but he ranks right up there at the top. I cannot understand why he still has a job as GM. His track record is terrible.

Hes definetly in the running, but right now i would say Al davis and the raiders! They both suck but raiders are far worse. Also, the lions picking up roy williams was a good thing. It's just they blew other picks on charles rodgers and mike williams.
