The most is the bears and packers, and I just wanted to throw in my happiness about the bears leading the series. As far as the least, its probally the two newest expansion teams vrs each other or one of them vrs another team. We got carolina panthers and the houston texans so I would say one of those teams vrs a NFC team is probally the least.

not sure about the most, maybe michigan ohio state, but the least is most likely a huge tie between a bunch of teams who have never played

I,m not sure of the least (you can search for that) but the Bears,Packers is the longest rivalry going pack to 1921 with the Bears leading the all time series 88-79-6.
