| Mike vick, eddie griffin, chris benoit? |

Griffin had a history of violence dating back to his high school, he was kicked out of high school for fighting, in college punched a teammate, which required stitches, for not passing the ball to him, shot his girlfriend, caused an accident while driving drunk because he was "watching a porn movie on a DVD in his vehicle, and was masturbating". benoit killed his wife, his baby and himself. they were both bad people, with a history of hurting human beings, but all i see is "r.i.p." "you will be missed", "thanks for the memories". vick killed some dogs, now everybody wants him "to be mauled by a pack of dogs" or "burn in hell" (and he may someday but these 2 are holding his spot for him). So why are these poor examples of human beings held in such high regard while vick is demonized? gypsy dont insult all people, i doubt they are as clueless as you |

i have the same views as you, when benoit died i said to everyone, why dont we mourne sadam while were at it?, Vick is ridiculed cause hes alive, and people believe you pay the utmost respect to anyone that dies, unless they were constantly protrayed negatively by the media. |

great question....Benoit supporters are still doubting that it was him.and all you see is R.I.P....."we know you didn't do it" All three are terrible people. I am not condoning banning Vick for life, but the man should pay for his crime. Whatever the punishment. Benoit and Griffin died some people feel bad and don't want to talk about the dead. I am not some people though. I am glad they are both gone, there are enough idiots out there, the quicker we get rid of them, the better. The only one I feel sad for is Benoit's child. He did not deserve that. Probably because I, nor anybody else, knows who those idiots are! I don't understand why so many people have problems with griffin, benoit, and vick. All three of them are ordinary people too but just because they're all better known means they get criticized more harshly. everyone just needs to stop the hating. I'm sure all 3 have faced heavy pressure before and don't need any more additional criticism. Some people just mess up but hey, who doesn't. No one is near perfect. Oh great! Thank you for bringing up Benoit! Now we can all enjoy another week and a half of mind-numbed wrestling fans posting a hundred questions a day in the football forum about why pro wrestling is better than football. I think a vast majority of people associated wtih Griffin knew he had problems and made attempts to try to help him. Mental illness and bad upbringing probably helped to contribute to the path of his downward spiral. People feel bad for the loss of a talented young man. The same could be said for Benoit, although he made choices to take steroids. But they are the underbelly of his sport. Vick, well, he fought dogs. This isn't associated with the NFL, and most intelligent, animal having fans want nothing to do with him or anything associate with a crime as that is committed solely for twisted entertainment purposes. 1- Who in the hell is saying Benoit is a great guy? Probably the same people who think Vick is a great guy. |
