NONE Celebrations should draw a fine. Perhaps a penalty box a la hockey. Football is a team game. Celebrations (acting like a fool) do not recognize the guy who made the key block or other such work as goes on in the trenches.

None of these. As soon as you score, you toss or hand the ball to the nearest official. Be a professional. Anything but the above, a flag should be thrown for delay of the game or unsportsmanlike conduct. All of it has become too silly. Grow up players, act like you have been there before, again, be a professional. Anything but a handshake, high five or a pat on the back is not professional. This is professional football, not backyard hooliganism.
