| What NFL player will make the best future head coach? and why? |
|
My pick would be Chad Pennington. He is the son of a coach and a student of the game. Chad is a team first kind of player who has success in spite of his physical limitations. He is known as being one of the more cerebral players and looked at as the undisputed leader of his team. Don't slack off on the Why part of the question. |

I could see why it'd be Pennington, but Brett Favre would be a good coach too. He knows all aspects of the game, and how to work with a team that isn't as talented as he is. He would be an especially good mentor to younger players. |

Ray Lewis will be a head coach someday. He is the defensive counterpart to why everyone thinks Peyton Manning would be a good coach. Student of the game, great instincts, and personal drive to be the best. Ray lewis brings an emotional Intesity to inspire others that Peyton doesnt show. Report It Peyton Manning. He has the smarts and has a great role model in Tony Dungy alex brown of the bears. he just looks like someone who would make a good coach. i would say alex brown I would say Peyton Manning... He is always studying dhen he's not on the field... I'd have to say Tom Brady. Brady seems to know his stuff and doesn't get rattled under pressure. Learned from the best also. Tom Brady would be an excellent offensive cooridnator or a QB coach. He understands the game just as good as anyone in the elague (and probably better than the ref's). He has 3 super bowl vicotries and is the only player who can take avergae players and turn them into reall pro's. He is like the Steve Nash of football. Manning. How many QB's call their own plays like he does? Plus, he's worked under Dungy. I think Manning takes his leadership positions very seriously. |
