In order for a team to receive a 3rd challenge, they have to win both of their challenges. The team is then awarded a third challenge, as long as they have timeouts left in order to use it. The rule is brand new this season.

What Are The Football Visor Rules In High School?
The new NFHS rules this season is no tinted visors. The visor must be completly clear or has to be removed. What we do as officials is take our game data card and put it behind the visor if their is any shade it is illegal. -

i would say that you only could wear clear visors, but LT (San Diego) wears a dark visor, the only that you can wear a dark visor in the NFL (No Fun League) is that you have a doctor say that you need to wear it.
