I'm a beginner of an American football fun.
I already know basic rules but I'd like to learn deeper to
understand the games better.(such as fouls, penalties...)
I prefer DVDs to books because I can learn with images.
Please recommend good DVDs for this purpose.

i learned to understand football by playing video games. it really helped. especially madden. you should check it out.
