please forgive my ignorance.I got into an office pool for the Super Bowl and my number was nine horizontally(the Colts)and seven vertically(the Bears).Did I win the final score which was as you should know by now Colts 29 Bears 17. This is the first time for me joining a pool.

1st quarter: Bears 14 Colts 6

Half: Colts 16 Bears 14

3rd: Colts 22 Bears 17

Final: Colts 29 Bears 17

Yes, you did! At least you won the fourth quarter, if it was by quarters. If it was final only, then you won it all!

I usually pull for the NFC, but since some Chicago fans told some Saints fans at their game that they should have drowned in Hurricane Katrina, I was pulling for the Colts to really blast the bears! (No capital letter for them!) So now, I wonder how the bears liked being DROWNED in the Superbowl!!! <g>

Sorry, but humans should not treat each other like that. Imagine having someone tell you that you should have drowned, and you were just sitting there, enjoying the game, minding your own business! What's wrong with those people.

I do admire one Chicago fan who wrote to our newspaper's editorial section. He said he was so sorry about the things some bears fans said to Saints fans and he basically said his own bears fans were horrible.

P. S. There were some very nice bears fans at that game, and my husband has always enjoyed going there on business trips. He said it won't be the same next time.

Thanks, however, to all the nice fans out there in Chicago who know how to act like decent human beings.
