Baton Rouge to Los Angeles in 1985 for LSU-USC (won by LSU). Coliseum, nice weather

Baton Rouge to South Bend for LSU-Notre Dame on their campus. Cold.

According to all my Patriot hating fans, the depths of hell. It was hot. not a lot of moisture.

I travelled from Pittsburgh, PA to Indianapolis, IN to see the Indy Colts play in the RCA Dome. Roughly 350 miles.

It was September and rainy, but the game was in a dome, so no worries.

The Colts won against the Tennessee Titans.

Charlotte, NC to Athens, GA.

200 miles. Several times.

To see the Georgia Bulldogs play "Between the Hedges" at hallowed Sanford Stadium. Most memorable time was when the Dawgs thumped LSU in Athens in 2004. It was a battle of top five teams. The Cajun crowd made themselves known, which added spice to the weekend.

Weather is usually lovely.

As great a sports experience as any. Nothing beats a big-time SEC environment!

i flew from seattle to miami to watch the dolphins and seahawks. not sure of the mileage, but i'm pretty sure its the furtherest you can fly for a regular season game. the weather was nicer in miami than it was in seattle. the stadium was joe robby at the time

i flew from indianapolis to dublin, ireland via london to see notre dame play navy in '97.

milage - no clue... but it was another continent
stadium - think it was called Cook Stadium... it was giant soccer stadium
weather - overcast, cool
other details - there was plenty o guiness... i spent 2 weeks there, 1 in dublin, a couple of days in liverpool and a couple of days in london.
