Alright I plan on going to Jacksonville next week to see the Chargers vs Jags game...Im a fan of the Chargers though and I will definatly be representing my team. So its my first time supporting the away team at another teams stadium. Whats it gonna be like if i just keep quite and watch the game the hwole time and not cause any trouble.....will i get harrassed by them Jag fans? ahahah thanks |

It really depends on where you are going. Since Jacksonville barely has any fans anyway, and since more than likely half of them will be cheering for the chargers i think you will be fine. I am a Colts fan and went to a Texans vs Colts game in Houston wearing a colts jersey...I got some lip from some drunk guys seated near me, but they sure shut up when their team lost horribly. But come on, David Carr??? Thats just bad. There are a few places i would not recommend cheering for the away team...first on the list is Oakland because no joke, youll get shot, stabbed, or both. New Orleans is not a great place to cheer for away teams either. Jacksonville is fine. Have fun!!! |

probably not. You wont. I think you'll be OK in Jacksonville. I hear Green Bay fans are surly and throw beer at you. Stay away from LF. Be thankful you're not going to Philly well it will at first be a little intimidating from the sixe of the stadium and the sound. but once your team goes ahead, u can hear a pin drop ;-) Ha maybe. being a red sox fan and going to a yankees game i got a hot dog thrown at me. and i went to a canadiens game being a bruins fan and i got beer thrown at me. thats like 20 bucks of food. It is Brutal i went 2 college at Miami and in 2003 it was FSUvs MIA and me my girlfriend and 4 other fiends went down 2 tallahasee it was the worst 3 hors of my life people calling me gay and throwing beer on me but lucky me miami won Alot depends where your seats are. If you got some cheap seats you might get bothered a bit, especially if the game is going in your favor. Usually fans are pretty cool though, for the most part people are going there to have fun and you might even make a few friends. |
