Certainly the new stadiums are set up for people in wheel chairs etc.
I have to believe all the older stadia have also been retro-fitted to accommodate people with disabilities

yes. There has to be spots and seats for them i mean we have laws and it would be pretty bad to have a stadium not in code. and shut down do to it.

I know that Qwest field in Seattle, Washington is handicapped accessible...they even offer special listening devices if your only defect is a hearing disability. There are ADA accessible bus routes from 5 locations and special parking areas for disabled persons.

They all do. With the ADA, all buildings must have access for handicapped.
