"State" of Shock?

After the loss to Mississippi State in Commonwealth Stadium, us Kentucky fans have been hanging our heads. Now Kentucky has a by week, but will face Vanderbilt in Nashville a week later. The whole Bluegrass State is mad. We want to go down to Vandy and kill them. Don't you think we have a right to expect wins? And can Kentucky turn this season back in the right direction, and win the next 3 games*?
*at Vanderbilt, at Georgia, vs Tennessee

Im from WV so I know how you feel. Your hopes get so high about your team & then bam they screw it up. Kentucky has 3 very tough games coming up & I only see them winning 1 out of 3. They will lose to Vandy & beat one or the other between GA or TN.

RROOOLLLLL TIIIIDDDEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

no uk can't "expect" wins. that's what lsu did when they went to kentucky... they expected a win.

however, when uk joins the MEAC, they should expect to be in the top third for a season or two. ;-)

I think Kentucky EXPECTED to win Saturday. Not to take anything away from my Dawgs, they did great. But Kentucky had an off game. Woodson with 3 int's and there were what? 5or6 turnovers in the game. State did thir part of screwin up too, but they managed to recover. I honestly dont know whats gonna become of your wildcats. The SEC is so topsy-tervy this year its impossible to say. But as for a "State" of Shock, how shocking would it be if the dawgs win out the rest of the season and finish 8-4? INSANE! And for those of you who dont think it can happen, remember States win over Bama last year, and Ole Miss came REALLY close to beating them this year! And even my ole miss friends say state is gonna demolish them. But, WHO KNOWS

I know what you mean. I am an LSU fan and Kentucky is the last team I expected LSU to lose to.

Look at Kentuckys illustrious history. You should be used to expecting losses. Oh, but thanks for Tim Couch, he only set the Browns back about 10 years.

Mississippi State was by far the better team. Remember, they beat Auburn also.
You might beat Vandy and Tennessee, but you will lose to Georgia, who just beat Florida by the way.
