we just got lucky... How much is the owner and how much is the City as to the Stadium. Second the STADIUM MAKES MONEY for the owner. Cuban fills seats with people just wanting to see what he will do. He is a big attraction to the NBA as much as they hate to admit it I'm sure. Oh and the Cowboys do charity work I'm sure. I'd bet the Mavs do plenty as well. Dallas is big money and big publicity. Owners of Dallas teams want both. Seriously though, it is just the Mavs and the Cowboys. Look at the Stars, nobody knows Tom Hicks. Just don't hold it against Dallas fans. We hate Jerry Jones for the reasons you are talking about. Mark Cuban is just a crazy self made man. He has done a lot for the team though, look at their win statistics before he came on as owner. Another reason that Jones is so cocky is that he is a bad winner and loser. With 5 championship rings, he thinks he is God's gift to football, even though it was legendary coaches Tom Landry and Jimmy Johnson that should get credit. Oh well, Cuban is looking at selling the Mavs, so maybe we will get someone more inconspicuous. Jones has vowed never to sell the Boys, so we will just have to wait for him to die. Show boating, they pawn 'em off to other teams like the Broncos. There is money and lots of it in football. Go Cowboys! cuz texas is crazy bout dem ther sports Dallas?
