| NFL Sunday Ticket - 2 Year Contract? |
|
I currently have cable and am quite happy with it. I have the cable and high speed internet bundled in one package. Direct TV's internet service cannot compete with cable, so I do not want to use Direct TV for the long term. My dilema is that I recently moved from Miami and now I will not be able to see my Dolphins play unless I get the Sunday Ticket. I called Direct TV and in order to get their service I will need to sign a 2 year contract. Does anyone know another way to get the ticket without having to sign a long term contract? My house already has 2 Direct TV dish on the roof and the cables have already been run. Apparently the previous owner had Direct TV. All I want is to see the Dolphins play their 16 regular season games (and a very slim chance at post season). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

The Sunday package is great. Perhaps you and a few of your buddies could start up a fantasy football league and part of the proceeds would go to pay for the NFL Package at one of your houses and you could have a party there each week. |

No, unfortunately DirecTV has a monopoly on the Sunday Ticket so you are pretty much beholden to what they say you have to do. As a Cowboy fan living in the Northeast i know what you mean. |
