Good football training?

i wanna train for next years football seasone when i go 2 the gym what should i work on ????

Depends what position you want to play really.

Generally, I would concentrate on exercising for upper body strength (arms and shoulders particularly) and leg work for stamina and strength in the thighs.

Everything. All muscle groups and cardio....Football will work muscles you didn't even know you had....
