Football (Linemen) training over the summer?

I'm a linemen for my high school team and i want to bulk up over the summer. I'm about 6ft tall and 180lbs. I'm pretty fast ( i can run a mile under 6min). I'm going to attend a summer weight training class at my school. Anything in addition i should do to bulk up?

Work on your hand speed and your foot speed. Remember it's not all about weight. Linemen with slow feet and hands get beatin' much easier.

Keep running, it'll make August practices much easier, work out hard this summer in the weight room. There are products at GNC stores that can help add bulk. It may be easier and cheaper to just eat 3 or 4 healthy meals everyday.

Work on your stance and your speed shooting out. Just get into a 3 point stance and thrust out. Use your arms to go faster, if you want to pull right tuck your right arm back like you are going to elbow someone behind you... do the same for the left. also work on your balance and keeping your gravity low. It has been my experience being successful at lineman is more about bursts of speed, leverage, and quick hands.
