Teen training for football?

I am training/getting ready for football season I am 6 foot 260 pounds and I am a left tackle ( Offensive Lineman )

and was wondering what stuff i should start doing to build muscle and get faster before football

i already talked to coaches but I want some other tips and help

Our school has everything possible to use for working out and also there is a track

just wondering if any body can help me on a schedule for lifting/running

wish I could give you better answers than your coaches but it just isnt so...contact a trainer/ coach at a school you may be interested in for a workout routine (College/Univeersity) would be my thought or a personal trainer to help schedule and early on to watch form another.... How about a local athlete who may have been an ex- NFL player?
