Football Training tips?

I am in high school and over winter and spring and summer imma start training forr football season. Any tips on how to help train? i played Tight End and CB last year and going for the same but my team needs another QB (which im going for) and im going for RB as well.

to begin with, a sport named 'football' already exists, so why you americans have to go call something else football... always confusing things, just keep it simple, AND IT AINT CALLED SOCCER! looked at an atlas recently?... (there IS more than one country)

and no sorry, no training tips

Take steroids then youll be the best player on the field. allmost all the pro NFL players took them when they were in high school and midle school. now look at them its illegal for them, but it got them were they want to be.

run, run, run untill u puke, 4 TE and QB id try catching + throwing w/ a friend

Pick a position, one on offense and one on defense. you played the weird combo of TE/CB? are you fast? Sit down with your coach and figure out what he wants you to play next year. Also tell him you want to start and you want to know what you should work on to earn that spot. Commit yourself to doing it (whatever drills he tells you to do).

you should first see your school fitness coach to talk to him about some offseason workouts designed specially for football players if you guys don't already have one. You definitely need to run, one way i suggest is to first run a mile or two with a friend, then head to the track if you're not already there. At each track there's a long straightaway, so race each other down these straightaways about 8 times. Sometimes you can stagger each other's starting positions so one guy would be in chase mode through the race. To be RB, TE, or CB you need to see your fitness coach for any agility drills he can offer you. But in the meantime you can do drills like the W drill or drills that you can find online (i suggest nikegridiron.com) to develop your cuts and agility. as a QB you would need to throw as often as possible working on accuracy and release. Always focus on hitting this one spot instead of simply throwing to the person. Mix in a little footwork with the throwing too.
