I want to train to be a middle Line Backer. I weigh 270 and need to cut down to about 235 to 245. What kind of weight training and cardio should I be doing? |

You should defintely get on a rigourous weight exersize program. One program that worked for me was the Body for Life book. You should probaly also lift w/ your legs to get faster and possibly jog for endurance training. |
