If I were to send in a video, what kind of stuff should I include on it? I dont have any football highlights on tape, (I dont wanna hear stuff like ohhh forget about it, your not good enough) I wanna hear what would be good to put on it.

It depends what postion you are. For example if you were a WR then I would say show some skilled catches, like diving catches, and also show speed in your running.

In all seriousness, depending on what spot your trying for, you need to show you have the attributes needed to preform well.

Its not easy to make those teams. Alot of Division 1 , NFL Rejects tryout.
