Depends if they are playing a full size field or in an arena size. I say AFL elite, teams like St.Louis and Dolphins are playing terrible.

All things being equal, you have to with even the worst NFL team.

The AFL is comprised of players who were NOT good enough to make an NFL roster. Even the worst NFL team should be better than the best AFL team, but it makes for a fairly close matchup.
