| Should the NFL buy the arena Football league? |
|
with every team owning a arena team. they can use it has a minor legue system and develope young talent. |

They shouldn't bother, as Arenaball has fundamentally different rules and schematics. Maybe they should have a developmental league with the same exact NFL rules, rather like how the NBA has a developmental league. It wouldn't alleviate the need for a practice squad or a taxi squad, but it would fill a niche that couldn''t be filled by the WLAF/NFL Europe. |

You can't buy your own competing product. Look at what is happening with professional wrestling. ooo yes they should it would bring a lot more excitment to our country and a lot of good players that we probably dont know about No. It is very clear that some people love the Arena Football League. No way, they don't need it. Yes. They've used NFLE (NFL Europe) to develop young players. Now, heading into the '07 season, there will be no NFLE. they (the NFL) said they lost to much money on NFLE. It would be great it they did. It could be like Football year-round just like the NFLE did. Why should they, the NFL is the #1 sport in canda and us so....NO! no, the No Fun League (NFL) would just ruin it. I really like the idea of NFL teams having a minor league but the styles of play are way to different. If you're going to use a minor league team to develop players they need to be running the same type of offense. When it comes time to bring somebody up from the minors he needs to be able to fit in right away. arena football sucks dick its not real football and they already have europa hell no the mighty NFL doenst need to buy that piece of crap. (no offense to any AFL fans out there) |
