| Why is Ohio State #1? Why is LSU #2? |

What is wrong with the BCS? Oregan should be number 1 right now and Kansas should be number 2. I think that LSU should have dropped out of the top five after the Refs won a game for them against Alabama and Ohio State should not be allowed in the top ten until they can show that they are something worth watching. Look how long it took hawaii to work their way up the ranks they havne't played anyone either. Ohio state should rank among the likes of unbeaten teams like Hawaii. |

Don't get out of the bubble much do you? LSU deserves to be at #2. LSU has a lot tougher schedule then Oregon. There is no weak schedule in the SEC. I even rate the Big Ten above the Pac Ten. |

because ohio state is undefeated Why ask why? You should probably learn to deal with it, it wont change because you think it should. Ohio state will probably end up losing to Michigan, since its at Ann Arbor this year. I don't think Kansas will when out. So I think LSU and Oregon will finish 1 and 2. Come on Ohio State is playing great it doesn't matter who they play they have a set schedule and its not their fault almost every other team lost except Hawaii Kansas and I think one more. Trust me I hate OSU! Regardless of schedule, etc., if you're from a power conference and you are unbeaten and have the history of a Ohio State, you're gonna be ranked ahead of a good 1 loss team from another so called power conference. If Oklahoma beats Kansas in the Big XII Championship game, they will be bumped up in the BCS and they will go to the National Championship game. Dude Oregon lost to Cal who is now ranked under Kentucky who LSU lost to in triple overtime. Not only do they have more wins against ranked opponents their loss is better than Oregon's. Get tha F*ck over it. Kansas can still pass them up if they win out, but Oregon needs OSU or LSU to lose one. Ohio State SUCKS lol Ohio State IS 10-0 That Deserves To be Number 1 WAAAHHH! WAAAAHHH!!! OSU is number one. They are undefeated. They have completely dominated every team they have played this year. I would say dominating Penn State, Wisconsin, and Purdue establishes them as a solid team. I agree, however, about LSU. They don't impress me at all, haven't looked good in a month. Oklahoma seems better. Oregon may be good, but they play in a very weak conference and may have been lucky to catch a reeling Michigan team early in the year. Kansas made a statement yesterday as well. Well wins are everything, when you haven't lost you stay at 1, whether you deserve it or not. As to LSU I love when people start this oh they barely won this or that, but they LOST this game. Yeah let's ignore that they lost in TRIPLE OT. After all that doesn't sound as good. I mean come on they BARELY won that game, so we don't want to point out when they barely lost. Oregon lost at home, to a team that isn't ranked in the BCS top 25. Just exactly how does that qualify them as the best team in the country? Kansas eh? Since you're mentioning teams that have an undefeated record against bad competition, why not throw Hawaii in the mix? Who cares that they almost lost to San Jose St. The BCS blows Regardless of the fact that LSU is barely winning they are still winning and that is all that matters. Also, Ohio State may not have beaten any good teams except for Penn State and Wisconsin but at the same time they still haven't lost. About ten other top five teams do have tougher schedules but they lost to horrible teams such as USC to Stanford, Michigan to I-AA Appalachian St., and others. OSU is still undefeated among two or three other teams, it just wouldn't be fair to keep them out of the championship game, going 10-0 is hard in any conference in I-A football, and 12-0 is better. OH-IO!!! Obviously,, most everyone out of the SEC only look at sports center and the highlight reels. Or the Stats on the game via internet. They never watch the games. SEC games are played with a fever almost each and every game not like seen in other conferences. Except for their conference rivalries. While I am an LSU fan.. I will say they are their own worse enemy. Enormous amount of Penalties and inconsistant QB performance at times has stopped them from blowing away the competition. It's very hard to win with 3 int's 1 fumble,, and 13 penalties for 131 yards. But,, they did against Alabama. Oh,, by the way,, If LSU wins out... they will have played 7 ranked teams by reg. season's end. You wanna name one other team that will have done that? SEC Football,,, It's not a sport down here,,,, It's a Lifestyle. They eat... sleep,, and breathe college football. If you don't live here, then you could never know it. Look at season numbers at the end of the season and which conference brings in the most fans. LSU game against Florida... 92,910 in the stands,, estimated another 50,000 in the parking lots watching on big screens. Because SEC people lack education. |
