| Who else does not want to see a repeat of Ohio State in the National Championship Game?? |
|
Even with wins in their last two regular season games vs Illinois and Michigan, their schedule hasn't been that difficult, and like last year they would have about a FIFTY day layoff (plenty of time to get VERY rusty) between the regular season and championship game whereas their likely opponent (like Florida last year) would only have about a 37 day layoff. Why would Big Ten football be leery of playing football in the cold? It's football!! |

I would sure love to see them get their a s s es handed to them again, but rooting for an lsu oregon matchup intead, at least they will actually play. |

I would love to see my tigers hand their as ses to them. who cares, they will just get beat by another SEC team. and then we have to see more videos like the ones below. If the Bucks should go back to the NC game, I will be a little concerned about the layoff... but not as much. There were more problems as to why OSU was embarassed last year than the layoff. I look for them be drilled over and over during the layoff, and continually pressured by their coaches to keep focused. I want to see us back in the NC game, and against LSU!!! GO BUCKS! We won't let another Florida happen. me! Well, I don't think it will end up being a very exciting matchup (I'm assuming LSU or possibly Oregon faces them) but maybe if a repeat of last year happens, someone higher up will decide that this current ranking system is not putting the two best teams against each other and that facing quality opponents actually means something. It starts getting pretty cold up here around the end of November. the bcs championship game is a game for the fans and the media will send ohio st back again stealing it from the real football fans.it sux I don't want Ohio playing the National Championship again. They were overrated last year and are overrated this year. They haven't played anyone worth mentioning. Wisconsin and Penn State suck and Michigan lost to App State. are you kidding?!?! I am bias I am a buckeye... but If we win out then we deserve to go. I want to see the best team against the second best team, and Ohio State has been the only team to NOT MESS UP all season. We have beaten who we are suppose to, which isn't the same as you can say for USC, Florida, BC, Oklahoma, Georgia or LSU. Those teams can only blame themselves, their losses aren't to top ten teams they have all been to teams that were either unranked, now unranked, or out of the top 15 now. I dont see much of a difference from a 50 day lay off and a 37, both teams are going to be rusty, Ohio State lost for a lot of reasons last year, and I dont think rust was any of the reasons... they had won their previous 5 or 6 bowls games... didn't bother them those years. I don't see Ohio State making it past Michigan undefeated. However, if there are 2 undefeated teams left, they should get in the national title game. We don't need a repeat of last year when 1-loss Florida supposedly won the national title even though Boise State was the only unbeaten team. GEAUX TIGERS !!!! If you win consistently (and the Buckeyes have - -undefeated last season, 10-0 (6-0) this year, NO ONE who knows anything would not want to see them in the title game. Even the BCS poll has them # 1. |
