There is only one answer to this question. The SEC without a doubt is the best and toughest division in college football. No other division comes close to having the caliber of teams and schools as the SEC.

The top power conferences in order are: 1)SEC, 2)Pac 10, 3)Big 12, 4)Big East, 5)ACC/Big 10. There is a substantial drop off from the SEC to the ACC/Big 10. To illustrate, Big 10 power Michigan, has only started winning after they began play against pretty mediocre Big 10 competition. Report It

Until yesterday, I would have said the PAC-10, but now I am convinced there is no best conference this year. As it is, I'm rooting for the Big 10.

SEC no doubt... PAC 10 is the biggest joke conference... i'm more impressed with the Sun Belt teams than USC!!

Pac 10. The worst in the conference is capable of beating the best (and nationally top ranked) on any given Saturday. That strength all the way to the bottom of the conference does not exist elsewhere.
