While I think the longhorns will be one of the best this year, I will have to go with USC. My top 5 would probably be USC, W. Virginia, Texas, LSU and then Michigan. All are very capable of winning it all, as are a few dark horses like Florida, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, and maybe someone I haven't thought of yet. But if I had to pick only one, it's USC.

SoCal over WVa. So Cal has too much defense for anyone and WVa has too much offense for anyone but SoCal.

not sure my Buckeyes lost alot of people, so I don't think this is our year. I agree maybe LSU, I think Michigan will be good this year too from what I have heard.

i got this funny feeling a few days ago that wisky would pull it off. The badgers will probably roll through the big 10. the game against michigan will determine if they go to the nat'l championship game

What's the obsession with Texas winning it all? Sure they have a great quarterback and great receivers, but the defense isn't nearly as strong as it has been in past seasons and the O-line is almost completely new.

Plus, a season-ender at Kyle Field? I just don't see them going undefeated this season (and I predict there will be several undefeated teams this season, causing another Auburn-like controversy).
