I'm a Georgia Tech fan and I was nervous about BC's QB Ryan and what he was capable fo doing. Then after watching the game, I was hurt by the whooping BC put on my Yellow Jackets. But I was really, really, really impressed by Ryan's skills.

I think Ryan is definitely underrated. The kid is remarkable. He released the ball at the right time to avoid the blitz, found the open receiver, made pin-point accurate throws and stood in the pocket despite the pressure.

But as a whole, I think BC is not overrated or underrated. I think they are right where they belong. As somebody mentioned before me, they were not as impressive against Wake Forest or NC State. However, I do see them going to the ACC championship game.

Probably just right for now but they have a tendency to choke when they start moving up in the rankings.

I'm a huge BC fan, they are underrated but hey we'll make our first BCS bowl this year. Keep the faith.

I'm going to lean towards overrated. The Georgia Tech win was impressive, but I'm not as impressed with the wins over Wake and NC State, both of whom are going to have weak seasons.

for the first time in a while, I think the ap has got it right. Boston College is a really solid football team and they can beat everyone outside the top 5 in the poll. Remember, they basically killed Georgia Tech. G-Tech couldn't score on their defense.

Hugely overrated, as usual. They beat Wake and NC State at home, 2 programs that are clearly struggling on both sides of the ball and are likely headed for poor seasons in a weak conference. Then they beat GT, which on paper might seem good, but GT itself was overrated and didn't belong in the top 25. They got there by beating ND, which we all know now is horrendous.
Therefore BC hasn't beaten anyone impressive.
They belong on the top 25 bubble until they can beat someone who has handled a quality opponent.
