| What do you think of the Vikings' decision in fining Troy Williamson for attending his Grandma's funeral |
|
Wow, I can't believe this...I hope this is just a joke since it is unethical for them to do that...What do you have to say? |

I think that fine is inconsiderate, its by far disrespectful to Troy Williamson. The guy just lost his grandmother, and has to return to this. 3 days isn't enough to grieve over a lost one. |

they reversed it.....non issue now They paid him his money. their not fining him n-e more That's messed up Do You Know He Failed To Contact The Team For 10 Days. Do That In Another Job And Your Gone. If You Watched The Game You Would Have Heard That The Team Rescinded The Fine Because He Went To The Vetern Players On The Team Who In Turn Went To The Coach And Smoothed Things Over For Him. The team reversed their decision and Williamson said he would donate the more than $25K to a charity in memory of his grandmother. What is sad about this whole thing is that his brother has been in and out of a coma since a car accident in September. This young man has a lot to grieve and I think his employee (the team) should be a bit more sympathetic to his specific situation. They ended up giving him his pay but Brad Childress was going to keep it from him!!! The Vikings need to fire him as soon as possible!!! I am glad they reversed it. |
