Can we forgive Vick for his crimes?

Yes. As long as he does a year or two in jail, and gets his lifetime ban from the NFL that he deserves - I will forgive him. He will still be a multi-millionaire, and I hope spends the bulk of his young life talking to kids, and keeping them from doing the things that he has done. If he comes out and starts getting all hip-hoppy and making rap albums and stuff like that, they should throw him in prison forever!

I would agree. Give him jail time and a lifetime ban. Won't hurt him financially, he's got plenty of money, but will keep his vile, stupid, ignorant butt out of the limelight.

Is being a moron a crime?

i can give to craps about him

What is hip hoppy? What are you tryin' to say? I damn sure hope he doesn't get all countryfied and start singing about loosing his woman and his house and starts wearing cowboy boots and a ten gallon hat.

Have a star!

****

Carolina Boy, it'd be alot better than the crap he was doing before. Besides, I think he'll be walkin' a little bow-legged when he gets out - that 10 gallon hat will fit perfectly!

As a role model, he needs to apologize to every young kid that idolized him and tell them never to take the same path of violence and abuse.

I hope he gets help before he hurts his kids or wife or some other human.

I'll never like him.

Forgiveness yes, but crimes still have consequences such as a lifetime ban from the NFL for illegal gambling and the Falcons sueing him to get most of their $28M signing bonus back.

Why in the world does everyone care that he killed some dogs?

wrong section
vick is not a football player anymore

The first thing that need to be omitted is calling him a role model. Mike Vic and no one else is my children's role model. If you can't say your mother are father is your role model. You need to tend to your business. Now to Vic. Do the crime. Do the the time. And he is entitle to finish his career. I refuse to judge him. He has God to answer to not me. I sure would like to know what all of you haters that's judging do for a living. Since we are not the High and mighty God name Jesus. We are not qualified to forgive him. He hasn't done any thing to us.

Michael and his brother are both no good thugs. I knew it all along.

EDIT

excuse me, but he drowned/hanged 8 dogs because they weren't "good enough" to fight. Do you have no soul?

Nope, I will never forgive him for what he has done. If it had been ONE episode, a onetime thing, forgiveness might be in order. But considering how many times he must have stood by and watched as starved dogs fought vicious other starved dogs, tearing each other to shreds to please their 'owner' over the last 5 years, I will never believe any apology he has to offer. If he was ever going to be sorry, it would have come during the time the wetted down dog that simply wanted to please him was wetted down and had a live electrical wire stuck up his backside, or when he watched his starved dog viciously attack and eat a little poodle who had been stolen from a neighborhood a few blocks over. Or when a dog struggled to survive being hung, but was repaid by having its head submerged in water until it was dead.

Getting caught and paying the penalty could never make him actually develope remorse for what he has done, only remorse that he was caught.

Sorry, no forgiveness here---

I think he should definitely be allowed to play again , but I also think he deserves the maximum punishment for the crimes he has admitted guilt for.

first of all u are an idiot
he made a mistake but who doesn't
hopefully he gets suspended 4 one yr and loses his endorsements but not jail
