The best 3 teams, not your favourite 3 teams.

Personally I think these three are the best (ranked in order).

Patriots
Colts
Cowboys

My top 3 would have to be, in this order:

1. Colts. They are the defending SB Champs, and until someone beats them, they should remain #1. They have been playing great ball so far this season. Both offensive and defensive.

2. Patriots. Say what you want about the whole "spy game", but you don't just win in New York by 20+ and then spank a very good Chargers team on National TV by not knowing how to play football and not just relying on video tape of hand signals.

3. Steelers. I know that they have played only the Browns and Bills so far, but they looked good in winning both games. You don't just walk into your all time rival's home field thinking you are going to push them around on opening weekend, and then follow that up by pushing around a very emotional and strong willed Bills team. Give them and their opponents more credit.

What a surprise, the top 3 are in the AFC. But if you had asked for top 5, Dallas would be 4, followed by the Niners.

49ers(much better then they showed the 1st 2 games) Colts(defending champs are still tough) Steelers(look very strong so far). But those will change as the season goes on. I dont include NE becuase their staff cheat and continue to do so even after they got caught(how do you think they read 80% of the charges plays Sunday night)

Pats, Colts and I gotta say right now the Steelers. Steelers havent played that great of teams yet, I know but they have looked good on both sides of the ball. Dallas has looked good but their defense hasn't been too impressive. They also really haven't played anyone yet. New york and Miami aren't very good.

My favorite or the best? I only have one favorite and that is the Cincinnati Bengals. I think the best teams right now would be the Patriots, Steelers and the Cowboys. You have to remember though that the Cowboys have only played the Giants and the Dolphins. Both teams 0-2. The Steelers have played the Browns 1-1 and the Bills 0-2. The Patriots have beaten The Chargers and the Jets. Both 0-2. Ask this question closer to week 14 and we'll probably have different answers.
