Well that's tough because alot of teams have great weapons and any of them can jump to into 1st place in offensive rankings. In my opinion, the top offenses will be these teams:
1. New England Patriots: I know it's weird that the Patriots might have a shot at the top offense since their mainly a defensive team, but they made too many upgrades not to have a shot. Adding Randy Moss and Donte' Stallworth gives Brady big time deep threats. Kelly Washington and Wes Welker are great possesion and middle receivers along with Chad Jackson, whose also a deep threat and Reche Caldwell. Throw in Lawrence Maroney who had a great rookie season and continues to get better, and it will be nearly impossible to stop this offense. It will be like pick your poison, do you want to stop the run while Moss and Stallworth are on the same field, or do you want to defend the deep pass and let Maroney run underneath and Washington and Welker attack the shallow zones.
2. San Diego Chargers: I would have them ranked #1 but they have some weaknesses at WR. Now that Keanen McCardell is gone, Vincent Jackson, Craig Davis the rookie from LSU, and Malcolm Floyd wil really need to step it up. Norv Turner returns to SD where he installed the current offense. Although he doesn't have the best winning record as a head coach, he does know how to improve offenses, QBs, and utilize all his playmakers, and we all saw how Alex Smith improved last year, Vernon Davis made an impact, and Frak gore be the NFC's leading rusher. Just imagine how much fun he'll have and mismatches he'll create with Tomlinson, Gates, Turner, not to mention help Phillip Rivers become a better QB.
3. New Orleans Saints: This team returns fully loaded again and looks to have another great year on offense. Brees is one of the best in the business and knows where to go with the football. Bush and McCalister make up one of the best backfields in the business. Colston and Henderson make a great receiving duo especially if rookie Robert Meachem can produce immediately to give them another weapon. Sean Payton is arguably the best play caller in the game and knows how to use this weapons in a variety of ways. Look for the Saints to be the best offense in the NFC again and make a run at the Superbowl.
4. Indianapolis Colts: You can't talk about great offenses without mentioning the Colts. Manning is the best in the game and is on path for the Hall of Fame a few years from now. Joseph Addai was the best rookie RB last year and has versatility to catch the ball, run the stretch play, and pass protect which is vitl in Indys offense. Harrison and Wayne are the best receiving duo in football and should produce once again, along with rookie Anthony Gonzales, who is a taller, faster version of Brandon Stokely and will contribute early if he can learn the offense quickly. Dallas Clark and Ben Utecht have great speed, can catch passes and block efficiently. The only real loss this year, but its the biggest, is Tarik Glenn, the All Pro Left Tackle who retired a few daysa ago. Although he's not a skill position guy, he does protect Manning's blind side, and with him gone Manning might not have best protection anymore that could slow down the offenses production. Look for them to be in the Top 5 in offense again, but might not be as dominant as they have been.
Any of these teams can be the best if they produce well, another team is injured etc.. we will only know for sure by the end of the regular season.

To me the New Orlean Saints have the most weapons San Diego Chargers. Power offense Gates and Tomlinson are stellar performers. chargers, saints, colts....in no particular order. maybe even throw in the bengals and the pats. the DALLAS COWBOYS enough said New Orleans Saints because they had the best last year and have gotten everyone back and healthy except for one Joe horn but he was ageing and going to not be as much a factor this year but if i was a betting man my money on the saints all the way with R.Bush D. Bree's M. cols ton D. mcalester can you ask for a better team I wish I could say KC, but I cannot. I think the Saints have some good weapons, Colston was my man on Fantasy last year. Denver made some good off season moves but Jay Cutler is still a question mark. Indianapolis still looks good, but I'm not a fan. San Diego can only improve on last season, Tomlinson is scary good. The Pats made some of the best moves to get the best team of wide recievers that they have ever had. I'm gonna say it is a toss up to whether the Pats or San Diego in the AFC and possibly the Saints in the NFC. But then the NFC sucks altogether, when was the last time a Super Bowl winner came out of the NFC? I like the offenses of the Colts, Bengals and Rams. Pats if there are few injuries colts if they can stay healthier then the pats
to answer ur question of who won the last super bowl for nfc it was tampa bay in 02 and rams in 99 Indianapolis Colts
Same as all decade prob. the colts or the saints again
colts wont win the super bowl again though In the AFC its the Colts. Would say the Patriots but they never played a single game with each other. So I dont know if all those egos will hurt them. Colts have one of the best offense is the history of the NFL.
In the NFC its by far the Saints. With all those weapons and Payton with his play calling, this will be one if not the best offenses in the league.
