I like both these teams but i can't figure out what the perfectly balanced defense play would be

I usually do "man up," or "eye spy" with a really good LB such as Brian Urlacher or moving Jevon Kerse to LB

But i want to know what plays you use on defense and what and for which game

I personnaly use Lock Down. Every Play.

Here is my line-up:

QB- Mcnabb
RB- Tomlinson
WR- Moss
WR- Bailey
Line- Urlacher, Faneca, Porter
