what teams are in the playoffs and when and who are the ravens going to play

The AFC is the Chargers, Ravens, Patriots, Colts, Jets and Chiefs. Since the Chargers and Ravens have byes, it is not yet determined who they will play. The #1 seed (SD) will get the lowest seed left after this weekend. The #2 seed (Bal) will get the other remaining team. Let's say my Chiefs take care of Indy, they will play SD and the Ravens will get the NYJ / NE winner. If the Colts win, the Ravens play the Colts (but don't get too excited about this cause it ain't gonna happen). The NFC is Chicago, Giants, Eagles, Seahawks, Saints and Cowboys.
