What is the BCS bowl picking order this year?

i'm guessing the Sugar Bowl picks first since they picked last last year and got stuck with Notre Dame.

Orange goes first, followed by the Fiesta, then the Sugar. Item 4 of the link lists the order; essentially, the bowl that is played last gets 1st pick. The bowls losing host teams to the BCS title game picks before any other bowls.
