Better yet, if you're coaching youth football, stop by and see the varsity coach at your local high school. This is why:

The youth coach should have a colaberative effort with the high school coaches so that the youth are learning the same work out, the same game plan, and the same expectations they'll see at the high school level. You'll end up with kids who stay in the program. You'll have a winning high school team in the future. And you'll have opportunties to see a lot of happy kids go on to play at the college level.

To bad we relized this a little too late. Thank GOD we now have a Varsity coach who knows what he's doing and has taken this approach. Take my advice...you'll be real happy up the road!
