Never eat heavy foods less than 2 hours before or 30 min after a game. Avoid cramps and bm at all costs while in uniform.
During the game Gatorade, water, bananas, apples (cut up) and watermellon are awesome.

you ALWAYS ALWAYS have a different parent bring a snack in each week...after games, kids typically like to nosh on chips and cookies, just dont forget the caprisuns! lol

I would suggest practical before creative.........BANANAS!!!! potassium staves off cramping GATORADE replaces elrctrolytes PEANUT BUTTER and TUNA protein for muscle and stamina
