You must first start with a mission statement based on the needs of the area, then get onto fundraising and recruiting youth football players. Check with local parks & recreation groups near you. They may already have one started and need help. If you cannot find a local youth sport find a county that has one and get as much info as possible. Then mold their program into your area to begin
