I have Byron Leftwich in my fantasy league. His foot is sore and he is listed as questionable today. He is playing against Houston who is not that good against the pass. Should I still start him???

Well it sort of depends on who else you can start, but anyone against Houston is a pretty good match up. I'd wait until the last minute and see if Leftwich is starting. If he is, start him.
